1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

• Wrong product delivered.
• Damaged product received.
• Manufacturing defect verified by us.

Refund will NOT be provided for:

• Change of mind after receiving the product.
• Wrong order placed by the customer.
• Gold rate fluctuations.

3. Refund Timeline

• Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection.
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

4. Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

• Product must be unused.
• Product must have original packaging, tags & certificate.
